Squad sessions are for those who take part in competitions, or who are wanting to train at that level. Due to limited space Squad sessions are on an invite basis only. The UKC Kickboxing Squad is selected at the beginning of each term by the Coach and Assistant Coaches.
Most, if not all, Squad members take part in the UKC tournament in the second term and other tournaments during the year. Anyone wishing to compete should contact the Coach.
