Beginners

Beginner classes aim to teach a variety of Kickboxing, Self Defence and provide a Cardio workout. The classes start from teaching basic techniques for those who are new to the sport and gradually move towards the more advanced techniques developing the students skills. Classes are friendly and relaxed and are aimed to help everyone improve. Advanced members are encouraged to continue with the Beginner classes to maintain a good technique and to develop their teaching skills.

The classes are great for meeting new people and making friends as it is a large group. Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing, Jeans and any trousers with zips should not be worn.  You can purchase Kickboxing trousers through the club at a discounted price, please see the Equipment section for more details.

Everyone is welcome to the Beginner classes.
